Sein Vortrag<br data-start=\"4592\" data-end=\"4595\" \/>\u201eOpen Educational Resource for Behavioral Influence in and by Organizations\u201c gab einen umfassenden Einblick in ein ambitioniertes Projekt zur systematischen Gestaltung von Verhaltensbeeinflussung.<\/p><p data-start=\"4799\" data-end=\"5160\">Im Zentrum stand ein Rahmenkonzept, das die Vielzahl verhaltenswissenschaftlicher Theorien strukturiert, kontextualisiert und f\u00fcr die praktische Anwendung zug\u00e4nglich macht. Ziel ist es, Studierenden, Lehrenden und Praktiker:innen ein konzeptionelles Instrument an die Hand zu geben, mit dem sich gezielte Ma\u00dfnahmen zur Verhaltensbeeinflussung entwickeln lassen.<\/p><p data-start=\"5162\" data-end=\"5482\">Ein zentrales Element ist die Behavior Influence Canvas \u2013 eine nicht-lineare, explorative Struktur, die einen alternativen Zugang zu den Inhalten bietet. Anders als klassische Lehrwerke, die meist hierarchisch aufgebaut sind, erm\u00f6glicht die Canvas ein vernetztes, flexibles Vorgehen bei der Konzeption von Ma\u00dfnahmen.<\/p><p data-start=\"5484\" data-end=\"5743\">Perspektivisch soll eine digitale Plattform entstehen, die als Open Educational Resource zug\u00e4nglich gemacht wird. Diese Plattform k\u00f6nnte nicht nur Lernprozesse unterst\u00fctzen, sondern auch Erkenntnisse dar\u00fcber liefern, wie Inhalte genutzt und verstanden werden.<\/p><p data-start=\"5745\" data-end=\"6031\">F\u00fcr unsere Arbeit im Bereich HCI und UX er\u00f6ffnen sich hier zahlreiche Ankn\u00fcpfungspunkte \u2013 insbesondere im Hinblick auf KI-gest\u00fctzte Interaktionssysteme und datenbasierte Analyse von Lern- und Nutzungsverhalten.
